What's Next

What's next for Lex Starwind & Foundation. Not sure. We've been doing this shit here for a long time. We're finally starting to get some recognition in the game, but I'm not satisfied yet. I'm still working a 9 to 5. For those of you who don't know. I'm currently a software engineer. It's a fun job. Never boring, but I would rather make music and go on tour. Thanks to Rasul Allah 7 it might be possible one day. That is going to leave me with a huge decision to make at some point in time. He already mentioned a tour in Europe, which may become more likely being that LCOB has plans to do a whole album with the Snowgoon. Now when that day comes and Rasul says to me, We're leaving for 2 months, what do I do? My biggest fear is leaving to go on tour for a couple of months, quitting my job and then when I come back, I'm broke as fuck. I mean, I didn't spend $40,000 on a Bachelor's degree for nothing. On the other hand, music has been my passion for most of my life. How can I turn down a chance to chase my dreams. Life is full of difficult decisions.

On another note, Murdock just got some tracks to do a collaboration with the Wu Watchmen. It's kind of crazy to us. When we were coming up, Wu-Tang was and probably still is one of our biggest influences. So to be in a position to do music with them is crazy. I guess it's just another mile marker on the road to success. The track I did with Sean Price was another one. Just gotta keep it moving.

Peace to everyone for the love and support! I'll keep y'all posted.

Outlawstar Blog Now in Effect!

Welcome family, friend, fans and supporters. This is the official Outlawstar Blog, hosted by yours truely, Lex Starwind! For those of you who don't know, I am 1/3 of the hip-hop super group Foundation. My motivation for creating this blog has yet to be seen. Maybe I'm just bored, or need a new hobby, but here it is! Currently my main purpose is to provide you with information regarding Foundation, The Lost Children of Babylon, and the current state of Hip Hop as I see it. An what ever the fuck else I happen to be thinking about at any given time.

Right now it's Friday night I'm about to hit the bar and I'm wondering what I can listen to on the way. Just recently grabbed a copy of the Evidence EP I don't need love. Inspired by the Beatles. Too sick. That kid don't get enough play.
Matter of fact, check this joint out. Because. Sickening. Lines of Cocaine. This one is blazing too. Just a few tasty treats to leave y'all with. Just finished recording my solo for The Flying Dutchmen project. The track is title Audio Hypnosis. Check for that. For all y'all that don't know about The Flying Dutchmen or anything else I might be talking about, check me out on www.fdation.com. For Y'all who don't know the deal. I'll get back at y'all later. Peace to the gods.
